By booking accommodation at Villa Preliudia, you agree to the service provider’s cancellation and no-show policy and any additional terms and conditions that apply during your visit or stay, including the service and / or products offered by the service provider (applicable terms and conditions). .
General cancellation and no-show rules are available on our website www.preliudija.com, at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation letter. Please note that when booking rooms at some prices and based on special offers, bookings cannot be canceled, returned or changed. In case of no-show or chargeable cancellation, the accommodation provider may charge a city / traveler tax (subject to statutory city taxes).

Please note that room bookings for which an initial deposit or (partial or full) payment is required may be canceled (without prior notice) if the required (remaining) amount cannot be fully collected by the appointed date according to the service provider and booking policy. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary by service. Please read the important information for each booking type and booking confirmation carefully, where you can find additional provisions applicable to the accommodation provider (eg, no-cancellation policy, no extra bed / free breakfast, pet stay / card payment). Late payment, incorrect bank, debit / credit card information, invalid debit / credit cards or insufficient funds are your responsibility, unless the Travel Service Provider agrees and allows you to act outside your (prepaid) payment terms.
To view, change or cancel your accommodation reservation, use the email: email@example.com to report. Please note that cancellation fees may be charged according to the accommodation provider’s cancellation, prepayment or no-show policy and are not eligible for any (prepayment) reimbursement. We recommend that you read the accommodation’s cancellation, (prepayment) and no-show policy carefully before booking and do not forget to make any further payments that may be required for a particular booking.
If you are late or have a delayed arrival on the day of check-in or will arrive only the next day, be sure to contact the service provider (on time / as soon as possible) by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or +370 46 310077 and let us know when your arrival can be expected to avoid reservation cancellation or penalty for non-arrival.
